With the rise of digital media, recent years have shown a decline in demand for these printed products, partly due to cost, convenience and saving the planet, but you can’t underestimate the tactile pleasure of sitting down with your favourite publication and flicking through the pages. Luckily, it seems, for now, both can exist alongside each other, giving the consumer whichever they prefer. Other advantages might not be so obvious, but printed catalogues & brochures are perfect for trade shows where catching the eye of a semi-interested potential customer or client can later convert to a sale because they picked up your promotional product and read it later. The same goes for books and magazines on sale to the public at an exhibition or a show; they are drawn in like bees to honey. Standing out of the crowd is as important as ever; with good design and layout, it will be for the right reasons.
